Drinking Ningxia Red Every Day

I'd like to track myself on the potential changes there is by drinking Ningxia Red every morning.

The quantity I drink will be 2 fingers wide from the base of the cup. Recommended drinking is 4onz actually.

But, since the cost of Ningxia Red is high, I'll use my own dosage for now.  It should still change, probably at a slower rate.

Let's see how it changes me.

Recording starts tomorrow, 19 Oct 2016. Every morning.
