The Star on Goji Berries - Ningxia

I saw an article published in TheStar Online webpage, about Goji Berries.

I can't help but to think about Ningxia Red, which I have been exposed to it earlier on, but was hesitant to include in my daily lifestyle.

Reasons being:
#1: the price point - Ningxia Red does not come cheap and intake of dosage everyday however minimal, the bottle doesn't last you more than 2 weeks tops.
#2: Self-procrastination: I can hold this on for later, as I am still young. How wrong was I when I stumbled upon Benefit #5.

Upon reading the article further, I then realised that Goji is actually known as Gei Zi in Cantonese. A term I am more familiar with since young.

After reading the benefits here, I am now on a daily diet of Ningxia Red, a small cup once every morning.
